I was giving a radio interview today with Nick Lawrence (I will post the podcast link soon) and he was wondering about eye aging. He was asking great questions like at what age do our eyes age?
The answer is actually: it depends. Just like for grey hair. Some people have gray hair in their 20s and some still do not have grey hair until they reach late 50s to 60s. There are genetics and lifestyle to also take into account. Overall though, most people will “see” a decline in their near eyesight (and will need to pull back the book they are reading) when they reach 40. A person can start earlier taking care of their eyesight by implementing the 4 secrets that you can find in my free report at www.drcbetter.com
See you soon!
